Everyone is "Going Green" these days, and I hope it is more than a trend, but rather a lifestyle change. Why not go green in style? I recently received 2 bags from resuseit.com to review, and I absolutely love both of these bags. ReUseit.com is a place where you can find the “best of the best” reusables out there so you can eliminate disposables from every part of your life. Check it out at http://www.reuseit.com/
Like I said, I love these bags, not only are they both made from recycled material, but they are both equally adorable! I also love that they can both fold up into their attached pouch, and you can literally stick it in your pocket! So the next time someone asks if you have a bag... you can say, "Yeah, in my back pocket!"
BA-DUM-CHING! ;) Below is some information about these bags I got to try first hand. ReUseit™ Recycled PET Mesh Ultra Compact Tote
- Long handles, easy to carry
- Folds into tiny, attached pouch
- Opens to full size bag that holds over 25 lbs
- Machine washable
- Milled in Japan, assembled in China with Fair Labor/Fair Wages
- 1% for the Planet Member
- Backed by the reuseit™ Lifetime Guarantee
This Mesh Tote is perfect for bringing to the Farmer's Market. I love the long handles, so I can just toss it over my shoulder and still have my other hands free while I shop. The semi-transparent material makes it easy to see what's in my bag, so I don't have to search all over for my keys that I tossed in the bottom. Since the material is so breathable it doesn't smother my delicate produce. This bag would also work great as a last minute diaper bag, to carry towels to the beach, or of course, a trip to the store.
ReUseit™ Workhorse, Eco-Circle 100% Recycled Fabric

- Designed to fit over supermarket checkout frames
- Opens to full sized bag that holds over 25 lbs.
- Folds into tiny sack attached to inside of the bag
- Milled in Japan, assembled in China with Fair Labor/Fair Wage
- 1% for the Planet Member

i would use it when i pick up my farmshare
ReplyDeleteI would use it for grocery shopping ;) I have 2 smallish bags that roll up and those are the ones I have with me. I like reusable bags, but need something that folds up. They don't do any good unless I have them with me when we're out.
ReplyDeleteI would also use it for grocery shopping. I love long handles, it makes it so much easier to hold kiddos hands in the parking lot.
ReplyDeleteShopping of all kinds. Would also be handy for the produce co-op
ReplyDeleteI use my two (red and silver) for everything. I wouldn't mind the pretty green! Everybody knows they're in my purse. I love them!
ReplyDeleteShopping, going to the farmers market, carrying supplies back & forth to work, going to the park, having an extra bag for all the little things on roads trips... There are tons of things that the workhorse bag could be used for!! This kind is great cause it folds up small & can fit in my purse so I dont forget it like I usually do the bigger ones every time I go to the grocery store.
ReplyDeleteMy youngest DD, age 17, told me last night she wants a bag like this for her purse. I would "regift" it to her, if I won. I am so happy that she wants to use reuseable bags instead of the alternatives.
ReplyDeleteI would use it for grocery shopping .

I'd fold it up and toss it in my purse so I'll always have a reusable bag for a quick and unexpected trip to the store!
ReplyDeleteI'd toss it in my purse & use it for all those times you wish you had an extra bag or pair of hands. Or when you're only going to pick up 1 or 2 things in a store & then find a good deal on something and don't want to walk back to the front for a cart of basket.

ReplyDeleteAs a Preschool Teacher I could really use this bag for toting items to and from school, home, library, grocery store and field trips!!! Imagine one bag to carry it all, big or small!!!
ReplyDeleteGrocery shopping! My daughter is a checker at a "super" store and she says they absolutely LOVE any bag that fits into the check out frame. Their own store brands are not designed to and other checkers are always complaining about this! Truly!
ReplyDeleteThese colors are awesome as well! ;)
I would keep it in the glove compartment for those unplanned shopping trips - I would always have a bag on hand!
ReplyDeleteI'd use it for just about anything! A bag that can fit in your back pocket would be in constant use. You could whip it out to bring stuff home from work, last minute shopping trip, heading to the gym, etc. I think the best use would be when you grab one bag & head into the grocery store to pick up a couple things and inevitably end up purchasing more than you'd originally intended to. You would always have this bag as a quick back up.
ReplyDeleteThey look great for all-purpose stuff lugging.
